Delivering excellence through BICSc

Our people are only as effective as the training and support they are given. That’s why we’ve introduced the learning hub, a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) skills area, where frontline heroes access interactive modules and Mitie’s core training. Sessions are designed to implement BICSc best practice across Mitie’s cleaning function, making sure we keep our promise of exceptional delivery.
